ROTARY

- In Charlie-Mike we expect you to take this role extremely serious. Understand that you could ruin the entire mission by goofing off, showboating, or trying to go beyond your skill level. -

- When you agree to take this role and upon completion of our evaluation, we expect you to prepare dutifully before an Operation on the Air Frame. -

Evaluation Process

- We'll use an airframe that's right in the middle - a Medium AirFrame UH-60/ RHS or Vanilla -

- We'll be looking for Calm controlled handling while communicating.

- What will be involved in this evaluation:

   1. Approach to a landing.
   2. Confined Landing.
   3. Orbit of a fixed area.
   4. Nap of the Earth (NOE) route
   5. Terrain Masking Movement

- We're looking for smooth control, ingress that's not "ballooning" and with consistent flight level that leads into a smooth transition to landing.

Dsiqualification & Required Follow on Training

- Things that will lead to disqualification:

    1. Janky, over correcting flying
    2. Crashing the Helicopter repeatedly
    3. Improper Navigation
    4. NIL (Little to none) Communication
