"Remove the Ego at the Door"
For the instructor - Remember we want calm, genuine, friendly approach, talk slow. Everyone has an asshole side and can be aggressive, we only use it if the trainee ignores us multiple times.
- Remember times when you've had to learn something difficult and others had mistreated or scolded you. Don't be that guy.

1. Discord - Our primary method of communication outside of TeamSpeak.
- Modpacks are in #mod-packs look for "SON" Modpacks (Standard Operation Nights)
- Your nicknames must match across all three - Teamspeak, Discord and your Arma profile. This allows us to avoid confusion, count your OPS and gain status (Ranks earned through Operations played at).
