Indoctrination Training

"Remove the Ego at the Door"

For the instructor - Remember we want calm, genuine, friendly approach, talk slow. Everyone has an asshole side and can be aggressive, we only use it if the trainee ignores us multiple times.

  • Remember times when you've had to learn something difficult and others had mistreated or scolded you. Don't be that guy.

Stage One External

1. Discord - Our primary method of communication outside of TeamSpeak.

  • Modpacks are in #mod-packs look for "SON" Modpacks (Standard Operation Nights)
  • Your nicknames must match across all three - Teamspeak, Discord and your Arma profile. This allows us to avoid confusion, count your OPS and gain status (Ranks earned through Operations played at).
  • RSVP - We ask that if you plan on attending the OP, or even a maybe, please be sure to hit the green check box for the operation announced in "#son-announcements"

2. TeamSpeak - We ask that you primarily work from a "push to talk". If you have a high end microphone on a boom you can try voice activated, but if we begin to hear the nuisance of your world around you we'll ask you to switch to PTT.
